Rigging

AVI-SPL’s on-site personnel are experts in managing complex rigging assignments.  Complete with factory serviced motors, truss and lifts our certified rigging experts work within the facility to use the current points, as well as identify additional rigging capabilities.  Safety is our main goal, and only AVI-SPL’s in-house riggers can guarantee a reliable, safe environment that helps provide maximum impact.

Power

Many events require the services of a professionally staffed Power team.  At AVI-SPL we understand the power requirements of not only the shows that we execute, we understand the requirements of all of the electronics being used in-house.  Our one-stop-shop mentality helps ensure that all revenues are being accounted for and charged properly…all on one convenient bill to the client.  AVI-SPL takes great pride in dedicating experienced, professional, personable technicians to interact with your clients helping them to plan well in advance for all of their power needs.

Exhibit Services

Developing a comprehensive plan is key to successful exhibits.  AVI-SPL works with its client to identify the best equipment based upon the exhibit size and goals.  From there, we help identify the best ways to maximize budgets while creating impact.  We create the checklist and set up the timelines.  All of the upfront planning ensures that we are there when you need us, with expert support throughout the event.

Designing the technology is only half of a successful event.  The message still has to be shared.  AVI-SPL has a full time staff dedicated to producing video, multimedia, set design and graphical content for client events and marketing materials.  With a team of producers, directors, video editors, graphic artists and scriptwriters, AVI-SPL helps clients nationwide to deliver their message with impact and excitement!

Scenic & Theme Design
